RETURN & REFUND POLICY (PYJAMA SETS & SHORTS)

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or washing will not be accepted.

  • Returns are not accepted for personal hygiene reasons if the product has been used.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on availability.
